My name is Seth Moeller and I love poker.
Like everyone, I started out knowing nothing. I was a Junior in college and after watching some WPT bad beat compilations, Daniel Negreanu highlights, and Brad Owen vlogs I was certain that I was a good enough poker player to be a winner. I convinced a few of my college friends to start a .05/.10c poker night and my love and interest for the game only grew from there! I only started taking poker seriously about two years ago, grinding non raked .25/50c home games any day of the week I could to build up a bank roll. After a little over a year I had made around $2000 playing these games and finally took some shots at playing 1/2 at the casinos.
Around this same time (end of 2022) I was laid off from my job and decided to make a couple dumb memes on TikTok… which little did I know was the best thing I would ever do.
The traction on my videos skyrocketed and I hit 10K on TikTok in 6 months and then 50K, 2
months later. I found enjoyment in entertainment and made it a mission of mine to make poker
more lighthearted and funny. After all, poker is notoriously serious and uninviting if you are
looking in from the outside.
For poker to thrive it needs to become more main stream - it needs to be funny, action packed, and dramatic.
This was my goal. Fast forward to now, I have built up a following on all social media that combines for over 170K followers and over 250 million views. I continue to share my story in hopes that it will inspire the new generations of poker players. I’ve met some amazing people that I used to look up to as my idols.
I’ve played on live streams that I used to watch in awe, like Poker Night in America and
Hustler Casino Live. I have experienced some disgusting bad beats and epic sun runs, and my
goal for as long as this continues, is to share it with the world.
